Looks like Sony is trying to make certain games built for the PSP don't tax the somewhat-limted potential of the battery system designed for the portable unit.
Draft guidelines sent to developers, which will eventually evolve into the technical requirements checklist (TRC) for the system, are alleged to include a demand that games should not exceed a certain level of power consumption.
Sony is rumored to be shipping a 'battery emulator' with development tool kits. So for aspiring developers of kick butt PSP games - think green.

1. SONY TO USE THE AMIGA FORMAT
Hello there I am (Josh S Winn) I have thought of an idea that would help your AMIGA company come back to the high streets, which would be a new generation video gaming as there would be a lot less memory required especially for compact disks (CDs) to SONY PLAYSTATION AMIGA company needs your help, because AMIGA went bankrupt 11 years ago. Would you be able to help them promote the AMIGA computers for example advertising like; television (TV), Radio, Newspapers and also affiliate programs as well. I know that the AMIGA computers are the fastest PowerPC build, but the question is why are you not using the AMIGA FORMAT for SONY PLAYSTATION for high quality ultimate gaming experience, which would allow larger quantities of data storage for example;
Processor performance speeds lets say 294MHz x14 = 4.1Ghz
Compact Disks (CDs) lets say 8.5GB x14 = 119GB
Hard Drives (HDs) lets say 40GB x14 = 560GB
Random Access Memory (RAM) lets say 32MB / 14 = 2MB ONLY Shocking is ant it, that’s just the potential which can change the mainstream of computers cheaper game consoles as there would be less hardware requirements needed for your game console and more people buying game consoles!!!
